Switching Orders
Tired of reprinting your switching order because one of the signers decided to change it? This can lead to duplicate orders, increased risks and project delays. Now you can create an order and specify exactly who needs to sign off on that order. Each signer uses a digital signature. If anyone makes a change, all signatures are cancelled, the other signers are notified, and the signature process starts over. Once the final signature is received, the order cannot be changed. Previous orders can be stored for historical data.
